Psychotherapy
Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works primarily with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and/or Autism, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions around identity and self-understanding.
She offers a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where clients can feel understood without needing to mask or explain who they are. Together, you’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.
Clients often come to Christine feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Through therapy, they begin to better understand their patterns, regulate emotions with greater confidence, strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges more effectively, and cultivate self-compassion. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, build confidence, create healthier boundaries, or simply feel more like yourself, Christine works alongside you to help you move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
Christine’s approach is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth or healing.
Therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it.
Using a collaborative, client-centred approach, I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness practices. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor our work together to fit your individual needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you're looking for practical coping strategies, deeper self-understanding, emotional support, or meaningful change, we'll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
